Hi, I'm Michael! I am from Canada, and I have been in the automobile Industry for over 10 years. I sold Chevrolets when I first started. In 2016, I took a new position at Subaru, and I became the Sales Consultant of the Year for the dealership the same year. After that, I got promoted to New Car Sales Manager and have been in that position until recently. In December 2022, the dealership was bought out by an auto conglomerate. After a six-month transition period, the upper management chose to terminate my position and recommend that I early retire. I am 56, but it looks like I am only in my 40s. Despite the fact that some individuals could find fulfillment in this regimented working environment. To me, it was simply a safe haven. I was in my comfort zone. This event was my chance to leave this 9-to-5 job behind and live a life on my own terms. Since I am still young enough to be able to give back to the community, I started looking for ways to replace or earn more than my sales manager salary.
